I booked in with Kate for the Lymphatic drainage massage after recently having surgery and today was my first visit and overall extremely happy. Kate was lovely and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about my recovery. The massage itself was pure bliss! I will be going back in a few days and plan more sessions to help with recovery but will continue to go for regular massages as the studio is lovely and cosy and not too far from me.

Sophie is an intuitive massage therapist in my opinion. My massage was focused on my upper back, shoulders and neck, following a spasm. I experienced immediate relief following her massage and continue to feel the benefits. Superb experience in a beautiful setting. Sophie is calm, confident and an expert masseuse. I highly recommend her to you all. If you are reading this, then go ahead and book with confidence. Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly
