I went in locked up and in pain and walked out feeling like a different person. I’ve been healing from a herniated disc for months now and this sciatica remedial massage gave me such relief. Have used RTC for remedial massage and Chiro. Both experiences have been professional and very beneficial. Also availability with variety of times has been very helpful as hours are not always easy to find. Treatment after a couple of sessions has helped me with healing.

Great advice and massage

After being in pain for a week. I booked in for a massage and saw Harry. He listened to how much pain my body could tolerate and also explained why I was in pain showed me a few stretches. I could do at home to help. I feel so much better and will definitely be booking again.
