My first time here at Spa Diamond. Although booked with Natcha , Maya offered her services. Maya was very good and knew exactly what she was doing as she tells me she’s been fling this profession for 35 years. I’ve had many massages in the past and I have to say it’s the best one I’ve had since I had one in Bali many years ago. Third visit today, I feel the benefit of continued therapy and the pain in my back, hip, and groin area is far less than Before I started. If anyone is considering whether a sports massage would benefit them I’d urge them to give it a go.

I booked a massage with Lou for my dad, who has been dealing with shoulder issues and pain. Lou quickly identified the root cause of his pain and explained everything in detail, helping him understand what was causing the discomfort. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are exceptional. My dad felt a noticeable improvement after the session and was very impressed. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone – she’s a true gem in her industry!

Today was my third visit to Louise at Muscle Matters, I initially attended on the recommendation of a friend. During my first consultation Louise asked me what my problem was, I told her I had arthritis in my right knee and my left hip and groin was very painful. After studying my stance Louise massaged my hamstrings and muscles, the relief was pretty much instant, we concentrated on the muscles around my hips, I feel far more confident that I can walk relatively pain free. I also sleep through the night pain free,. I am looking forward to further treatment and greater mobility.

This was the 4th time I’ve had a massage with Louise. 5* as always. Studio is gorgeous, clean & relaxing but the best part is that my back feels brand new! No more digging drains for me! My quads need some TLC as I’ve been abusing them at the gym lately so I cant wait to book my 5th session xx
