I've not met anyone who gives a proper sports massage like Rich. He is extremely knowledgeable in his work. My husband and I have been visiting him for at least 7 years. We even visit him from our new home in the west country. He is that good!

I had an excellent sports massage today and already feel so much better! It was a very relaxing environment, even if the massage itself found afew knotty muscles here and there! I would thoroughly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage to anyone.

I've been seeing Rich at Farnborough Sports massage for years; he is incredible. He mostly addresses my sports and weight training-related tightness and knotsn and is an absolute wizard. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Today was my first appmt after a referral from a friend. It was the most powerful & effective treatment I've ever experienced A***! Very approachable & welcoming,. trustworthy & extremely knowledgeable. A very positive experience & I would highly recommend Rich & will definitely book treatment again - I havent been pain free for over a year but today's massage has really been effective & I finally feel I've found a brilliant therapist.
