I absolutely love this place, the service is beyond amazing. I've been to many places for a massage and this one has been the best one yet. The quality of the massage and the atmosphere from the booking process down to the very end it is absolutely 10/10. Just overall amazing. There's not enough words that can express how incredible it was. I definitely recommend to everyone

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Well where do I begin? I am a massage-sensitive person, who knows that massage is good, but oh it hurts. I decided to give a lymphatic drainage a go, as someone told me I retain fluid. I have went to BRA and omg, I have not only been met by a sweetest team.. I have left, or should I say - flew out, feeling like a feather, light on my feet and fresh. The whole experience felt like a meditation. Kim is a magician, I didn’t feel any pain, she talked me through it, I was in total zen. I am coming back & bringing lots of people here!!! Wow ! This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

Honestly what a great experience! I had a full body lymphatic drainage massage and a session on my legs. Kim talked me through what to expect right from start to finish and the techniques used were the right balance of firm and relaxing.
