I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. The massage itself was highly effective, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and less bloated. The calming atmosphere and soothing technique made the entire experience deeply relaxing. This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

Went in heavy but came out very light. Excellent service from Diego.Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and for sure will be be booking for more soft tissue therapy sessions and cupping.

The therapist was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, explaining how this gentle technique stimulates lymphatic flow to detoxify the body and reduce fluid retention. This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.

When I arrived Maria was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable my massage was great I had a lot of knots and being tense Maria worked on them areas well but most of all She relaxed me and was deep msssage which is what I love I went home feeling great and happy with my treatment

Had my first sports massage today with Gigi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and seems to know her stuff. Have seen physios in the past but none of them gave such a thorough explanation of body dynamics, which made sense. Will definitely be making further appointments.
