Jill is amazing, so professional, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about her treatments and products. She has a wonderful salon, spotless and all covid guidelines enforced. My Indian head massage was so relaxing then a back and shoulder massage too, I was so chilled. I then had Hopi Ear Candles which so helped me and I need this more regular. I had Anti-Ageing Facial and Caci my skin is now so refreshed and glowing just after this one treatment and I feel like me again. I had a good 4 hours of pampering and it was the best, thank you Jill xx

Amazing!! 1-1 kickboxing with Ricky was the highlight of my week. Such a good workout and a laugh at the same time. Also gone away with some drills to practice in my own time thanks to Ricky’s expertise

Ricky is amazing!! Learned so much already and had fun at the same time. Trained with multiple male PTs in the past but haven’t continued due to feeling uncomfortable with them but Ricky made me feel very safe, effortlessly. He’s super knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend his training sessions any higher.

I had the Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage and a collagen facial and both were amazing. I am a regular for these massages, but the facial was sublime. My skin looked incredible, especially the next day! Will absolutely be having another one soon! Highly recommend Rachel and her services!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I had the Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with facial and HOLY SMOKES. It was the best 90 minutes of my life. I felt incredible afterwards AND there was this phenomenal duvet blanket on top of me. Honestly, run don’t walk to book this treatment. Now!!!
