I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Stephanie, it was a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. It has really helped me shift some hormonal and medicine related water retention, I feel lighter and slimmer. Always a relaxing experience & Sara explains everything so well. I had an issue with my neck, she told me all the names of the muscles & where they run to and how they might affect me. Sara then adapted my massage, to work carefully around my painful neck.

I've had several pregnancy massages here but this was my first one with Lara. It was absolutely fantastic and exactly what I needed! She really targeted all the pain points I had and 24 hours later the tension in my shoulders and neck has gone. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, I highly recommend Lara and will definitely book with her again.

Took my mum for a wellbeing massage today as part of her Christmas present. She had a fabulous massage from Maria. Mum has various problems with arthritis and nerve pain, Maria was very attentive and extremely professional. She worked on my mum’s neck and shoulders for a while and mum had no pain and nearly fully movement of her neck afterwards, which was great. We will definitely be back to see Maria again, thank you Maria! All staff were extremely friendly, the venue was very clean and tidy as well as lovely and warm especially on a cold day like today. Would highly recommend
