This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My first experience with Shamse aesthetics today, the whole experience was amazing. I was greeted with a warm welcome immediately and went straight in on time for my appointment. Shams was informative, organised and prepared. From the start to the end I felt very comfortable and confident in her work. I left with my skin feeling so soft and with recommendations for products which really showed me her knowledge and passion for her work.

Today I had skin pen with Dr Wells and she couldn't have made it any better. It was painless during the procedure and she talked me through all of it and the aftercare. Very professional and I would definitely recommend. Also extremely close to Tottenham Court Road Station so a very easy journey too.

Nicole is great as always! 😃 I booked for hand massage due to muscle tension and the pain related to it, after her massage all the discomfort and pain are gone ☺️ she’s a great person as well because she advised me the right exercises for my hands and the stretches in order to prevent any more pain for the future and also which supplements and food to eat . Thanks Nicole! Can’t wait to see you for the next treatments 😊

Darren is amazing! Was my first time getting Botox in the UK, and he went over everything with me. He also discussed my skincare routine and gave me recommendations, without pressuring me to buy particular products like a lot of a lot skin places do. I would highly recommend and will definitely be going back🙂
