I was recommended to use Charlotte for a B12 shot by my reflexologist. I'd been recieving NHS shots so was apprehensive about getting a shot from a clinic but Charlotte's knowledge and professionalism beat the three NHS doctors I've seen! She asks you to complete a form that she puts through to a governing body to approve the injection for - so you know her service is of utmost professionalism. Won't hesitate to use again! Trish 😊

Marvelous space and the best service in all Bath! Organic and Vegan products that smell amazing and the attention to detail during any session made me feel like a Princess. I had a million dollar facial and had compliments on my skin immediately after. I’m thrilled with the results. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. She has extremely high standards in her salon and her treatments. Her warm, caring and positive nature makes the whole experience such a pleasure. Could not recommend highly enough.
