I received all the details of the straightening before the service, they checked with me a few times, to ensure I was making an informed decision based on my ask. I loved the results, great service! My appointments with Bita are always enjoyable. She is very professional, friendly and conscious of her clients styling requests. I highly recommend her. As a longtime patron however, I am concerned that your increased pricing may prevent me from coming as frequently as I have been coming in the past.

She used a towel to block the heat from my face when blow dried the hair. That demonstrated how much she paid attention to details to ensure the comfort of her clients. I showed her the picture of the style I desired, and she performed the magic with excellent results. My friend and I had a wonderful time, and we both love our new hairdos.
