Keisha was amazing! She gave me the almond shape that perfectly suits my hands and helped me choose the most gorgeous deep red. Everyone was friendly and attentive in the salon. It’s my new spot!

Love the vibe. Food was incredible and complimentary champagne a win. I was a little irritated that costs for a fill were not clarified upfront and it cost me more than a new set. I also wasn't offered anything more to drink.

I’ve been trying to get a booking at the salon and I must admit that it was worth the wait. Honestly had the best experience at your salon. The staff is so friendly and the salon is so beautiful. I love that I can get everything done in one place. My hair and nails came out so stunning! Definitely a top tier experience!

Keisha is incredible! Her talent shines through every time, and she always manages to be efficient while delivering top-notch service. Pati worked wonders on my hair—her blowwave technique is not only fantastic but also the most comfortable I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

I loved the experience and I’m definitely coming back again for my treatments. A really small qualm is just for the nail techs to pay closer attention to sanitising tools, not mad at my nail techs work but she seldom sanitised her tools in between and that was a little worrying for me, particularly worried about fungal infections that can be contagious.

Aunty Jackie did an absolutely amazing job with my hair (colour, cut and set), 10/10 recommend using her! My nails also turned out beautifully. The techs here definitely know their stuff. The only criticism I have is that they need to be more responsive on whatsapp. If you want to go, book early because they are extremely busy. Otherwise, extremely happy with my services! Will definitely go back.

Keisha and Thori were both very efficient, neat and knowledgeable. They offered advice on what would look good and work with my nails and were able to deliver what I asked for as well. Service was great, I was assisted by Keisha . There was no work station available for Keisha looks like an overbook( I booked online), but she was incredible, she completed the service in the pedi station , and worked with such precision and care. I will definitely return for another visit and will book with Keisha . Brilliant team player Pink Room

Always the best service. Gell nails done 5Sep removed today. Still looked awesome though. Hair treatment Japanese silk is amazing . All vegan products guys . Dying my hair now .... I know the outcome that's why I'm a repeat. toasted cheese strawberry milkshake and chicken burger still rocks .

As soon as I leave, I immediately start thinking about my next visit. The service, the staff, the vibes are IMMACULATE! I did my hair for the first time today and Phati is THE BEST stylist I’ve ever been too, highly recommend the blow wave, especially for us kinky girlies. My hair is so soft, smooth & shiny. Fresha I have been dying to give feedback! 4th visit ..if you havent been to the Pink Room do yourself a favour and make a trip, its your one stop pamper room... Phati is amazing with the hair , try the Japanese treatment. Nails by Rose ...All the ladies Rock it though. ..food is so yummy..theres mimosa champagne .Recently this month I had hair nails makeup lashes done for Cricket SA Awards and Bella and her Bestie did the same for their Spring ball. They can tailormake a package to suit you. Tried Shesha for the 1st time. Definately the place !!! Thank you to all the staff .
