It was my first time here today and I’m extremely happy with the service. I’m new to Plymouth/Plympton so finding a good salon was quite nerving as I’m fussy with my hair, also hadn’t had it seen to for a while so needed someone to work their magic. After reading their reviews I booked in straight away for a cut and blow dry. Tia is so lovely, she’s so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knows her stuff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend!

The best place in Plymouth, always friendly, good colour and haircut, Cherry is a very talented and I trust her with everything she does with my hair! Perfect customer service. I would highly recommend.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve been to multiple places in Plymouth to get my acrylics done and usually always left a little disappointed by the result. I left my appointment today with the best nails I’ve ever had! I love them so much! By far the best salon in Plymouth :)

Carra expertly talked through the procedure before and during appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The moles are scabbing over following the procedure (which they should as Carra explained) and then fingers crossed they won't be back! Thank you Carra as always x

Rejuvenated skin facial today with Michelle so pleased with my skin results following my treatment today my skin was glowing/refreshed treatment by Michelle received within her new salon location at Hyde Park Plymouth lovely decor which has peaceful energy vibe I personally found the environment very relaxing. I highly advise a visit if you want to unwind.

Fantastic lash lift and tint from michelle today absolutely love my lashes. Having just moved to Plymouth, I was on the look out for a new nail salon. Carra stepped outside with a brochure for me and kindly squeezed me in for a walk-in appointment. A beautiful environment, professional service and such welcoming ladies. Lots of services available and plenty of nail colours to choose from. I’m very pleased with my builder gel manicure and I’ll certainly be re-visiting this lovely place. Thank you again, Carra! ☺️

Had two appointments now with Michelle , I saw results within a few days , she gives amazing realistic aftercare advice and is very knowledgable about how I should take care of my individual skin . Since coming to her my skin has cleared dramatically , but she applies her understanding with wonderful customer service and a calming environment and atmosphere , would highly recommend her services .
