Kim made me feel totally confident and talked very knowledgeably about the different procedures, there was no attempt to sway me to any particular treatment. I had my first microneedling appointment today and so far, even after only a few hours, my skin feels lovely and I’m looking forward to my follow up treatments.

I had a great microneedling session with Charlotte. It was my first time so she was very thorough and explained the procedure, what to expect and aftercare really clearly. The procedure itself was uncomfortable at times but Charlotte was gentle and patient and happy to give me breaks for a breather when I needed it. She also gave some great advice on the best products to use afterwards to maximise results. I will be booking my next session with her soon.
