Phoebe was absolutely amazing! I had microneedling for the first time and for the weeks leading up had so many questions and she answered each one thoroughly without me feeling embarrassed to be asking them. My appointment was comfortable and she advised me through the entire process amazingly well and eased my anxiety. As someone that has had skin problems before there was a lot of that!! I’ve booked in already so will be returning but cannot recommend enough! The loveliest person and absolutely fab at her job! Thankyou :)

A lovely welcome by Sophie as always! Sophie took the time to talk me through the procedure in great detail and made sure that I was comfortable. The treatment room is very relaxing, and Sophie’s attention to hygiene and comfort is second to none. Sophie is so friendly and her knowledge and expertise put me at ease, I would highly recommend Sophie and her clinic.

Phoebe is so lovely & a brilliant nail tech. She made me so comfortable both first and second appointment, even when I needed to change the style of lashes. She used her expertise to advise and give multiple options making me feel totally at ease throughout. I’ve also had amazing retention which I have found to be more difficult with previous techs!
