Jo at Sanctuary Within is truly amazing. I booked the healing hour, and I came out feel 100% relaxed and reenergized for the remainder of the week. Without saying to Jo what stresses and strains I was having with life at the moment, she identified them and helps my body relax and deal with everything that is going on. A treatment with Jo is an absolute must for me to stay healthy. 100% recommended you wont regret investing the time with Jo in yourself.

Chloe offers a firm and relaxing back of body massage which I love

Have been visiting Stacey for many years for my eyelash extensions, facial waxing, and the odd massage here and there, and every time, i find it extremely relaxing (many occasions have resulted in me falling asleep). I have been complimented on how noticeable but natural looking she makes my lashes , and I would recommend Stacey 100%
