I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

My experience at the glow up nail bar was very good! All the staff were lovely and very welcoming. I have been to a lot of different nail salons and just haven't felt very comfortable in any of them, but the glow up is defiantly the one I'm going to stick with because they are all so lovely and the nails they have given me are so beautiful and feel really strong and sturdy. I defiantly recommend this nail salon to anyone looking for a new salon to start coming to :)

I had my second visit to Ugly Betty's yesterday, after such a positive first visit a few months ago. Yesterday was my first time having a builder in a bottle treatment here! My appointment was with Yasmine and it flew by, she was so friendly and fun to talk to! I love how my nails look right now, they were not in the best condition when I came in and now they are perfect and feel so fresh! 😍 All the staff here are so lovely, thank you also to the lady who welcomed me at the desk and made me a really nice cup of tea. Have rebooked already. Thank you X

Absolulty amazing...went yesterday with my daughter. Laura was great as usual and did the bookings perfect so my daughter could have her luxury pedicure done the same time as I was having my nails done ..you have to try the new foot massage boot..its up there ...

Fantastic! Fantastic girls and fantastic appointment! Absolutely love my nails and worth every penny! Megan is amazing and each girl put me at ease instantly but Megan in particular made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely going back. I wish this salon every luck for the future. I really recommend this nail bar! The aesthetic, atmosphere, pace of appointments, and the friendliness of the staff were impeccable! I had a BIAB mani and a gel pedi with Lily, who was fantastic & really welcoming. The nail technicians here are all really highly skilled and meticulous to ensure a great set of nails! Lily was so helpful, as it was my first time getting BIAB, and explained the whole process to me so I was aware of what to expect! I will be back here in the future as it’s the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! Thank you Lily & the Glow Up Team! ✨

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Louise did an amazing job on for my brow lamination, I got compliments from shop staff while walking around town after. She was thorough when asking questions to make sure she got them the exact way I like them and they are perfect!
