Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

Good job (nails look great). Also, I wasn’t hurt once. Brianna is wonderful - good at what she does and very pleasant to be around. The Art of Nails (Newmarket) is definitely my preferred salon.

It's taken me a long time to find a consistent quality nail salon and this it! The attention to detail, intimate setting and great customer service is second to none here in Auckland. Also try the deluxe treatment which incorporates wax dipping for with hands and feet to lock in and moisturizerize ( I havnt found this anywhere else ) . Highly recommend.

Staff were lovely. They were fast and my nails look amazing, very clean finish and good nail art. Place was clean and a nice environment to get nails done in as well.

Briana is a genius, and a proper 2000s nail queen at heart. Look at that Carmen Soprano nail! There’s a reason Art of Nails smashes it everytime and its because of skilled staff like her. 1000% recommend, and Briana in particular by name. 🤍

My nail tech tonight was amazing. I’ve had her a couple of times before and she always does a great job. Tonight I was in a bit of a rush and asked if I could start earlier and and finish earlier and she did it in record time, with a smile on her face, and her nail work was great!
