Amazing head spa, the basin isn’t your typical salon basin it’s a massage bed with a head rest, this makes it super relaxing and comfortable. They really give a great head massage even when shampooing they scrub every part thoroughly. I really loved how when the treatment was on they steam your hair. All this accompanied by a hot stone hot towel combo a neck and shoulder massage. My favourite was the halo water rinse at the end. Very relaxing experience I almost feel asleep. After this I had a towel rap and waited a couple minutes for my blowout which was fantastic. They really did nail it

Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

WOW what a treat! My gf & I regularly have pedicures and visited The Art of Nails, Ponsonby for the first time today. It was wonderful, Anju and Lovelin took such good care of us, they were so kind and friendly. Comfy chaise loungers, relaxing space; herbal teas and exceptional service from the lovely ladies who have our feet some TLC! Thank you so much for the beautiful treat, look forward to our next visit 😊 Overall a fabulous experience- highly recommend!

Naomi was incredible - a very lovely person who understood exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the time taken to check exactly what I wanted especially something that was quite special to me & my culture. The space was clean, hygienic & had a relaxing feel & the cup of tea was appreciated after a long day at work. The whole experience was positive & I will definitely be back. I love going to Bonnie at Bon Nail & Spa. She is such a beautiful soul & her nail art is just gorgeous. We always have such a lovely time catching up about our Siamese Cats but most importantly she does amazing nails that last!

Alexandra is extremely knowledgeable ,an absolute professional and a perfectionist. Scrupulously clean and has a meticulous attention to detail. Her setup at her home is immaculate, welcoming and relaxed. I am extremely hard wearing on my nails and they were in a terrible state when I first started going to her but she persevered and my nails are now in great condition . I would highly recommend!

Gemma is actully amazing, her work is always top notch and I always walk out absolutely stoked with the nail art.

The head spa experience was wonderful and Lily who did it went the extra mile when I had pain in my lower back, she spent a bit of time working in that area, which made a huge difference! I arrived an hour early and wasn’t expecting to be seen early yet they started with my nails, that experience was not the best I have had, I could see how busy the staff were although I was in cold water and waiting for over 1 and half hour in the chair, they tried to do my nails in between servicing others. The owner is lovely and friendly. The interrupted service is the only reason for 4stars.
