My experience was amazing as it was my birthday so it was my treat of which I received a 30% discount which was an awesome gift. The massage,pedicure and gelish was top tier. Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Had the best experience here getting my acrylics and gel toes done! Felt so welcomed and comfortable the whole time, my nails turned out even better than I expected. I haven’t found another salon in cape town that comes close to the experience and value here, I will definitely be back!!

One of the best treatments I've had in a while. I could not find any fault. Particularly a world class soak - all the other ladies can learn from Thandokazi to do an amazing soak without any damage to the nail bed.

this was one of my better experiences at BOA 🤩 the technician did a good job and i really love my nail art. i just wish there were more options for normal nail polish but i understand that they’re awaiting for new colours

All was well. I was on time. My nail technician was the best. Unfortunately her colleagues was not the best . She kept on interrupting us as I was starting to get my massage, she was impatient and then I told her that she is hurting my feelings it seems as if I evoked something because she told me plain blank that I was not getting any respectfully

Friendly welcome always by Miss K at Reception. Tamsyn the new beautician did my nails. Loved how very confident and talkative she was. The reason for a rating of 4 and not 5, no one offered me something to drink on arrival, or while I was being attended to.

On Point Studio nail technicians rocks!!! They always have the client's best interest at heart and always advises on what is best for your nails. And to top it all the attention to detail is key and your nails always looks ON POINT when you leave. Keep up the good work ladies
