Good with a caveat. All the ladies were very kind, especially Emily. She did a great job. I don’t go often to get my nails done, it’s not a luxury I can indulge often. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing time after a long work week. Sadly my massage chair was broken and there was no option to move. About an hour after leaving, I had assumed my nails would be dry but while playing with my daughter on the ground, both my big toe paint smudged to the point where I had to redo my polish myself at home. A lot of things were out of my control, but was hoping for a bit more for the price I paid.

I received a French Medi/pedi and Kristina and Van were both great. My nails look lovely & I loved the extra care of hot stone leg/feet massage & also hand/arm massage. I’ll be going back for sure.

Akram (my nail technician) was wonderful and my nails look great! Would definitely recommend this salon to a friend; it’s clean, no loud music or smell and is aesthetically pleasing.

I had an amazing experience at Forus Nail Salon! Mohi and Yulia are incredibly skilled – Mohi worked wonders on my pedicure, and Yulia's manicure was flawless. I highly recommend their services! My gel manicure experience with Sydney was great -- she is fun to talk to and did a lovely job on my nails. However, the online booking system did not work as it was supposed to and my appointment was changed to the West Point Grey location from the Broadway location. There were attempts to reach me but those were just minutes before the appointment. Fortunately, I was able to make the change, but I hope that will not happen again in future with the online booking system.

Always a wonderful experience! Kayla does my nails, and Emily gave me the best foot massage ever this time! My go-to.

Kristina does the best manicure of anyone I have been to in my 20’years of having nails done. She is a perfectionist.

The deluxe gel pedicure with Jenny was very good. I especially loved the hot stones. I think Kayla? did the acrylic on my broken toenail and she fixed it perfectly. I like the “space” of the salon, not everyone on top of each other. And I like that there was no loud music or loud conversations, and no one annoying on their phone.

How wonderful to discover the Butterfly Salon in our neighbourhood. We had such a fun and relaxing time getting our nails done. And our nails look great! Excellent work, beautiful salon, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can’t wait to come back! What a gem!
