The customer service is really refreshing. I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist, I think her name is Anna , offered a a seat , told of my wait time and was given wine. The nail technician was Antoinette , she was patient and professional, she did a wonderful and neat job with my manicure . I'd definitely recommend this salon to others.

We had an amazing experience at the Kingston location!!! The massages and pedicures were great, and our technicians were so thorough and professional. I love their vibrant personalities and they make you feel so comfortable if they suspect discomfort in any way. I would definitely recommend Bodyscape Spa Kingston to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable rate, as a gift to someone for a special occasion or as a place for regular upkeep! They are now at the top of my list!

I was able to get an appointment at short notice. Wide selection of nail polish types and colours. Pleasant atmosphere and efficient technician.

I was introduced to Nailed by Cara, through my best friend and when I say, her level of professionalism, her skills and her attention to detail is what has had me hooked. As a nails girly, it's rare to find this close to perfection in the industry. The type that literally has you excited for the next appointment. A 10 outta 10.

My Nail Tech was super Professional and sweet. She adjusted her schedule at the last minute to do my nails for my Birthday and she understood exactly what I wanted and how short I wanted my nails. 10/10 experience 💯☺️
