Great experience with Dom for a nose piercing and a bunch of resizing and new jewellery. He was so helpful with letting me know which piercings needed downsizing and when the other would need it. He also advise the placement of the nose piercing based on wanting a nose ring in the future so it’ll be flat against the skin.

Absolutely amazing. I decided to treat myself to a self care present by swapping out my earrings to new ones and I am so glad that I did. Abbi is an amazing body piercing professional and she always makes me feel at ease. You end up having amazing conversations with her and she even helped me to pick out my new earrings that I’m currently wearing. Stars for those festive vibes. I can’t wait to go back in the New Year and who knows? I might get my nose pierced next. Abbie was so amazing!! I knew I wanted a cute small nose stud so she explored all my options with me. I was slightly apprehensive due to a poor experience else where with a different piercer, and Abbie made me feel super relaxed and explained every step of the process! My appointment at LNO today was for a follow up 2 weeks post nose piercing and to have my bar downsized. Abbi was on time, professional, super friendly and I felt I was in very good hands. Highly recommend Claudia and her team. Salon is spotless, lots of jewellery choice, very happy to spend time with you to discuss jewellery, piercing requirements etc… Very good quality jewellery which is really important for healing when you have been pierced. You can tell they really care about your overall experience. This is my second piercing at LNO and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!

Have had my nose and eyebrow pierced at Hepburns, and not a bad thing to say! She's so friendly, tells you all the important information, and makes you feel very comfortable.

Booked in to have my nose re-pierced. Recommended by No Regrets who no longer did piercings so my first time with LNO. Dom was brilliant. Professional, friendly, explained the whole procedure and also gave excellent after care advice. Great experience from start to finish and very happy to recommend. Will definitely be going back!
