Staff is very nice and very friendly..My daughter is very happy with them. They deal with us in very good manners

My first appointment was easy to book, there were automated reminders and it was easy to fill out the required information in advance. I had my nose pierced by Sarah. She was very kind and patient and it didn't hurt too much then or since. The salon and the treatment room are clean and tidy. Will definitely be recommending The Beauty Concept for piercing.

The site was cold but the staff made every effort to keep me warm. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However the sink was not adjustable to cater for the smaller person. Thus the water went down my back and over my face. Which was not a good experience in a cold site.

Sarah was fantastic! My piercings came out beautifully. Will definitely be back for more! 💖
