Booked a nose piercing online as my nose ring fell out and closed up overnight. Evie had a look and said we should be able to reopen it without repiercing it. Evie was very gentle and used a taper to get the jewellery back through without causing me any discomfort. They only charged me for a jewellery change which I did not expect. Very happy and amazing customer service 😊

I have been having such terrible trouble getting my nose piercing to heal completely and Eliza was just so kind - both in emails and in person. I’ve been to Urban a handful of times through the years and at no point whatsoever can I fault any of the experiences I have had.

What a great experience. This was my first piercing & trust me I was terrified before I went in but the staff is really friendly. I got my nose pierced with Ben, he was great. I just felt tiny bit of pain. Really great place & would definitely recommend it.

Thanks guys, was a great experience and although you didn't have the black nose stud in stock, was still an incredibly friendly atmosphere, piercing done professionally, and hygiene standards at a maximum. Will be back again ;)

I came in for a jewellery change and this place never disappoints. The choice of jewellery is great, there is something for everyone. I went with a lovely hoop earring for my helix replacement. At the appointment I received advice and recommendations about the jewellery and the change was very professional and hygienic. I was given advice about how to care for my new piercing. 10/10. The lady who helped me find a white gold earring I loved, was so so lovely, friendly, helpful and kind. My cartridge piercing was done by Eliza, who was absolutely amazing, very patient, kind, explained everything and she was incredibly competent, I’m super happy with my piercing! Everything was great, the studio is lovely and very clean. I’m already thinking what piercing I’m going to get next at Urban Piercings. 😃
