I love everything about your spa. But you have have a policy to make sure that clients are not on their phones, FaceTiming and talking on the phone loud, or listening to their phones all loud. A young women was on her phone today while we were all getting a pedicure. She was FaceTiming, listening to her phone, and taking loud, it was extremely rude of her to be doing this while the 3 of us were getting pedicures. Is rude to patrons and to your amazing staff.

Dallas was excellent! This is the best pedicure I have ever had. I came in with low expectations as I'm very picky and notice every flaw and imperfection. I have been to probably 10 different nail salons in Norfolk over the years. This was the best so far. Dallas was incredibly detail oriented and thorough!!! I am very impressed. Thank you for excellent service at a reasonable price!

I have been to the oceanfront location and this is my first time at this location and I will Definitely be coming back to this location. Everyone was very friendly and it felt very comfortable here. I brought my 10 year old with me and they did a great job communicating with me in what I wanted for them to do on her manicure and pedicure. Great job!

This was my first visit to Vogue Lashes and Spa; I got a lash lift and tint, naked mani, and even tried the new smart dry pedicure I’ve done a lash lift and tint elsewhere and knew what to expect, but I think this was the best one once had yet and realy enjoyed it! My mani was surprisingly good, I was really impressed with the attention to detail and meticulous care that Arisha gave me. The smart pedicure was unlike any pedicure I had before, my feet are wonderfully soft even days later. I absolutely plan on being back! This was a refreshing spa experience to be repeated soon!

I'm so impressed! The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind and friendly. Everyone really puts you at ease. Seda did my lash tint and lift and WOW! I'm so very pleased. She made sure I was comfortable and was so thorough! I'm not entirely convinced that she didn't magically replace my lashes entirely. I'll certainly be back!

Nail Technician, Was Polite & Courteous and did a GREAT job. Shop: However, the entire pedicure area was disheveled & un-oganized with technicians having to ask other technicians for supplies. The supply draws near the foot baths looked messy and items were disheveled in the draws.

Dasha is the best! Always leave with a perfect manicure and pedicure when I book with her!

The Nail Technician I had did a good job on my feet & hands. She was pleasant. The Pedicure Area looked disheveled and unorganized. The supplies were not stocked with what the technician needed at the time of service. There was no base coat/top coat from at the Pedi Station I was sitting at. The Hot Stones were not warm. The shop usually provides a high level organized and Great service. Today seemed a little off.

Dasha did a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure. My nails look beautiful! Dasha has great attention to detail and really took her time when doing my nails. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Vogue Lashes & Spa! Dallas, who did my pedicure, was simply fantastic. She was incredibly thorough and patient, especially when I couldn't sit still. Dallas made friendly conversation that made the time fly by. I also had my eyebrows waxed by Seda, and it was the most pain-free waxing I’ve ever had. It was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep!
