i had been wanting to cut my hair shorter for a while and i did a good search on google for good hair salons in the area, and this salon definitely lived up to the 5 star reviews. im not great with change but both people were lovely and welcoming and did an excellent job, a hair cut that im genuinely very happy with!! thank you

Michaela is fantastic!! I'm not your typical girly girl and I never know the terms, the fashion etc but somehow she listens to my unclear requests and produces the perfect hair! Every single time! I always visit Lauren when my hair needs redoing. She listens carefully to my requirements and creates a beautiful blonde blend for my hair. I am always left happy and impressed with her work. Michael and Lauren are always extremely friendly and put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Today i had Carbon laser with Ana. She explained everything very thoroughly and made sure it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience! I also had a patch test for laser hair removal with Sarah. She put me at ease and explained the whole process in great detail. Highly recommend The Venue!!! Xx

Having a session of laser on bikini line after suffering with awful shaving rash and given up on waxing. Sarah is doing my laser treatment and I can’t rate her or the treatment itself enough. Not painful, slight pinch but nothing major and after 1 treatment I have patchy hair or no hair in places ⭐️so much so I’ve added underarms to my treatments

The massage was wonderful, Lydia was really nice and friendly. It's a shame the soundproofing isn't any better though because almost the entire massage had the background of a hairdryer and then the customer and staff member talking loudly over the sound of the hairdryer - so it ruined the relaxing mood a bit.
