Rosita is one of the nicest ladies I've ever come across in the beauty field. She is so accommodating and friendly and has a warm welcoming and highly professional manner. I went for a brow lamination and henna tint and shape and she absolutely slayed my brows! She transformed my face and gave me so much confidence. She was so accommodating to my needs and was happy to work around my schedule which is a rarity when it comes to booking beauty appointments. She also maintains a safe, hygienic and calming work space. I will be going back to her for semi permanent makeup in the very near future!

I finally made the decision to get permanent ombre brows and whilst it only just happened and I can't comment on how it evolves with time, I can already say that the session with Sheun was lovely. She takes the time to talk through what she's doing and listens to you. Most importantly, I'm incredibly happy with how my brows look and I look forward to seeing how they evolve! It took me a while to find someone I could trust with my eyebrows, but after my first meeting with Noelia, I knew I had made the right choice! Noelia is a true professional who offers the best advice while still allowing you to make your own decisions. She takes her time to ensure everything is done to perfection, which makes you feel relaxed and not rushed at all. I couldn't be happier with how my eyebrows look now! The office is also very inviting, clean, and well-organized. It’s definitely worth every penny, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!

Some issues/confusion with scheduling, felt like I was chasing my tail. I did have my appointment eventually, just at a different time. Although fustrated, the person who did my treatment put me at ease. The venue is clean. I did cancel my remaining appointments because of the scheduling issues but I will probably be back Thankyou.
