Very welcoming on arrival didn’t wait long to be seen by my beautician who might I say is lovely I had Monica first time a month ago so I went with Monica again she’s very professional and we didn’t run out of things to talk about ( very easy to talk to ) once my eyebrows and lash tint was done I was offered a cup of coffee while I was getting my nails done would highly recommend thank you again for my beautiful treatment definitely be booking 🥰

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! First time visitor bringing my mother who has mobility issues for a trim and eye brow wax. Both Lisa and Bev very welcoming and put my mum at ease. It was also very easy for mum to push her walker in, no issue with any stairs. Even offered a cup of tea.

As soon as I walked in I was met with warm welcome, smiling faces and the offer of a hot drink. Monica was excellent, friendly and is extremely good at her job. My eyebrows and eyelashes looked the best they ever have. I'm extremely happy with them and wouldn't go any where else!!

Amazing nails as always by Vicky, gave me great advice on what was best for my nails. She also done a fabulous job on my eye lashes, never ever disappoints. Brow lamination, was perfect. Always trust the team to work their magic on my beauty needs.
