Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I always love getting my lashes done by tas at zeys! She always makes me lashes look amazing and I always get compliments on them. Tas is the first lash tech I’ve met whose retention is A CLASS, if you look after your lashes they’ll last for weeks! I also get my brows tinted and laminated and they’re always the most perfect shape. I train with Tas to do lashes and have been training with her since July, she’s an extraordinary 1-1 teacher and I look forward to training and being in the shop as well as assisting when I can. Best lash tech, best teacher and an amazing person.

I just got my eyebrows done by Aisha at Ombretouch, and I couldn’t be happier! The whole experience was amazing. Aisha is so professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to get everything perfect. My brows look incredible, better than I could have imagined. If you’re thinking about getting your brows done, I can’t recommend Ombretouch enough!

I got full body waxing and eyebrow and eyelash tint. I was so scared as I am quite hairy but she calmed me and helped me get my breathing right so it hurt less. I was literally holding my breath and that doesn’t help 😂 10/10 I know exactly where I am going for waxing now

Becca excellent as always! I had booked in for a lash lift along with my manicure but, ever the professional, Becca advised me that the previous lash lift she'd given me was still there (8 weeks later!!! Pretty amazing!) and she didn't want to risk damaging my lashes at all, so instead we went for a brow lamination which was fab!

Been getting my lashes and brows done by T for a year and she is the best. I’ve tried many lash techs in London and no one else compares. Lashes don’t need an infill for 5 weeks and they always look amazing!

Asma is brilliant - I felt like I was in the hands of a true expert and I LOVE my new brows. She's an excellent addition to the big. Beauty beauty team. I'm really happy with the whole experience and will definitely book again.
