Polly was so amazing, really good pressure to her massage, but also listened when I needed a lighter touch, left my neck and back feeling so much looser and flexible and helped me relax during a deep tissue massage so much so I almost didn’t want to get up! She’s also incredibly talented at eyebrow shaping and just a sweet woman in general, I loved my appointment and am looking at my diary now to see when I’m free to come back for another massage 💪🏽

I just got my eyebrows done by Aisha at Ombretouch, and I couldn’t be happier! The whole experience was amazing. Aisha is so professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She really listened to what I wanted and took her time to get everything perfect. My brows look incredible, better than I could have imagined. Shanice was really attentive and talked through all the steps she was taking as she did my brow lamination for the first time. I really appreciated her asking for feedback then and there and baring with me as it was my first time and making any adjustments I asked for.
