All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Got a lash lift and brow lamination done and couldn't be happier! The work was super precise and gentle and I walked out beaming with confidence!! The studio itself also smells and looks so nice, giving you the full spa experience

Had a luxury pedicure with Jess - pure indulgence and she is lovely and chatty. Nails look great! Have had an eyebrow wax here before and this was also brilliant. Looking at booking a massage next!

This was my first ever experience of having brow lamination and if I’m honest I was really nervous . (Not with the process but the results). I did not need to worry. They are fabulous! I absolutely love coming to About Yu, I’ve been a member now for 2 months and have had everything from brows to nails, massage, facial, lashes, waxing etc and they’ve all been absolutely incredible! It’s a stunning space which feels genuinely relaxing and every single staff member is a pleasure to work with and chat to. They’re all such experts in their field and you can tell they really enjoy working together as a team too. Keep doing what you’re doing about Yu, i recommend this place to everyone, it’s the best place in Tooting bar none!!

I’ve been getting my lashes and brows done with Tarrian since March, and they are always perfection 👌🏻 Her studio is so warm and welcoming, I always feel so incredibly relaxed!
