All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Had a luxury pedicure with Jess - pure indulgence and she is lovely and chatty. Nails look great! Have had an eyebrow wax here before and this was also brilliant. Looking at booking a massage next!

Great service everytime. Kelsy is really good at what she does. I have had my lashes, brows and facial done. All services were of a highest possible standard.

Hannah is both friendly and professional. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. Recently Hannah has started to do my brows too and I love them just as much as I do my lashes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for lashes or brows.
