Fabulous experience. I asked to have my eyebrows slightly darker than a natural look in order to last til Xmas. Rather than going full on dark in one go, I was asked after 1 layer of tint if I wanted a second coat to go darker. The second coat was perfect, but it meant there was no way I was getting a rude shock from going very dark all at once. 10/10
