War is simply the best in the business. I won't go anywhere else. He helped me when I couldn't even get out of bed due to nerve pain in my back and has ensured it doesn't happen again. I'm incredibly grateful to have found him. Plus, he's an amazing human being!

Monday's training was more achievable for me. Thank you for adjusting the AMRAP a bit so that it was not too difficult for me. It still pushed me but in smaller increments. To my surprise, I enjoy learning how to spar in boxing.

The Tabata really suits me. The shorter reps and rests make it scalable and achievable for me. I still worked up a sweat but because of the structure of the tabata helped me survive it. I hope that my workouts will have more tabatas and boxing rather than the long and difficult reps.

For anyone who wants revival and the beginning of your health recovery. This is the place to start. Can’t recommend enough

The massage was thorough. So much variety Was packed into 60 minutes. I didn't know that so much could be done in an hour's massage but War can do it. He also explained to me to breathe our when hard pressure is being applied and that helps.
