They explained the treatment thoroughly, ensuring I felt valued. Karen used soothing aromatherapy oil, and her perfect pressure eased my tension. I had the lovely Madi do my nails today. She was amazing, made me feel safe, happy and at easy. She gave me a movement break when I needed as I have ADHD. Madi spoke calmly and slowly to me so I was able to understand what was being said to me. The time I was having my nails done it Madi looked after me and treated me with respect. It felt like I was talking to a friend. I highly highly recommend Madi and the team at Cassidy’s.
