Lovely little beauty room, hidden away in Bournville. Havannah is very friendly, reassuring and pays such attention to detail. She talks you through the process and shows you what she’s doing as she goes along. She did an excellent job of my eyebrows and I will absolutely book another appointment with her. I love my new lashes and HD eyebrows! It is the first time that I had ever had them done and I am so in love with them. I feel like they make my eyes pop without makeup. The service was excellent, comfortable and also fantastic communication throughout from Havannah. I would definitely recommend!

Sarah is great at eyebrows! She makes waxing pain free and I actually look forward to getting mine done with her. I always love a more natural look and she is amazing at this and I never realised how much eyebrows could really shape your face when done well. Looking forward to my next appointment already.
