Lovely welcoming atmosphere as always. All the staff are friendly and accommodating ( I am disabled). I had Billie cutting my hair and I was delighted with the results. She gave me great advice on colouring my hair next time and booked me in straight away. Dawn waxed my eyebrows and I tried hybrid brows for the first time. Again I was delighted with the results and will try the more permanent treatment next time. I highly recommend trying out this salon and you won’t be disappointed. I recommend this salon to all my friends. Thank you girls x

Toni is amazing at intimate waxing and brow shaping and tinting. 10/10 as always.

Over the moon with my eyebrows ! They have never looked this good ! Done by the lovely ines who was very friendly, professional and explained what she was doing throughout my visit . I felt very comfortable & relaxed . To top off my experience I was given a home-baked biscuit made by her mother which was delicious! I have booked my next appointment, can't wait ! 100% recommend.

Today, I visited the SKR Beauty Clinic in Newcastle and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Korean Glass Skin Medifacial with Sim. Sim is amazing; she made me comfortable and explained the entire process. She is very experienced and answered all of my questions. My skin is glowing, and I love it. I met Carolyn for the first time today I felt comfortable in her studio from the minute I walked through the door. She talked me through my treatment step by step. Showed me during the treatment. And give me an in-depth after care talk and sheet. I was blown away by the final result, I had no doubt it was going to be good but for once I was lost for words. I have eyebrows for the first time in my life. Time to throw all the pencils, powders, waxes and everything else I would apply on a daily basis. I can’t thank you enough Carolyn. Your are amazing!!!
