Lauren is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does. She has been so helpful, looking at all the factors that can contribute to skin health, not just what can be done in the salon. Everything is tailored to the individual. It's definitely not a case of picking an "off the shelf" facial and sending you on your way. I cannot thank her enough.

As always Hayley is very welcoming and just puts you at ease. She has a very gentle way about her that would put even the most nervous of ladies at ease. Hayley manages to make waxing a pain free experience, she pays attention to detail and turns my previous memories of waxing from being sticky afterwards to being one of feeling nice and smooth. Hayley is also helping me reshape my lockdown eyebrows and after years of the same shape I'm looking forward to new eyebrows that will suit the me now. Definitely the lady to come to, see you soon xx

It was my first time having my eyebrows waxed here and it was a great experience. I turned up a little early and it was super cold outside and Kate was kind enough to make me a hot cup of coffee.

I absolutely love using Shades. Always made to feel welcome and at ease. Had my eyebrows done today, lovely service from Laura and great end result!

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment today with Stevie. She is very welcoming and friendly, putting you at ease as soon as you arrive at her salon. She was quick applying my lamination and happily chatted with me whilst doing it. She was very professional and thorough and once she completed the treatment, Stevie gave me an aftercare bag which included two brushes, tube of oil, instructions card and a chocolate, nice touch I thought! Cost was reasonable at £29 for a basic lamination(no tint) easy booking system and payment methods too. Very pleased with my eyebrows now!

Absolutely amazing service, everyone is really lovely and welcoming, I had gel builder with French finish, eyelash lift and tint, leg wax, Eyebrow and lip wax. I'm so chuffed with the end result. Thank you all so much for the brilliant service.
