Oh my, where to start. Firstly, the aesthetic of the clinic is unmatched. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s healing, comfortable and super calming. My treatments were so lovely too, the main event! I had a facial and massage then tried the infrared sauna. I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you ladies! It was lovely to meet you all x

Been a couple of times now to the infrared sauna as well as hot/cold therapy and it’s been great! Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Was so incredible! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, was so relaxing and just what I needed after a long week of work. The staff were also incredible friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend the massage and infrared sauna experience

The new location is so beautiful, and I’m always so enamoured with the wonderful team & how well they care for us. I had a massage, facial & sauna session today to focus on some peace & self care after a rough couple of months - would highly recommend.

The staff, the place and the facilities are amazing. It is truly, a longevity experience worth visiting for. I would come back weekly for the sauna and ice baths!

Amazing set up with everything you need. The sauna was great, taller than others I have been in so it feels more comfortable & spacious.

Really relaxing massage - was finally able to switch off and unwind! The sauna is so great, too.

Can’t speak highly enough of the new Alphington clinic. Massage and facial was super relaxing and I ended off with a 30 min sauna. Loved every second of it! These ladies know what they’re doing!

It was such a great session. Cryotherapy, recovery boots, led treatment, sauna and ice bath. I feel reinvigorated totally.

Very good. Really liked and appreciated being shaperoned by the lovely women who works there, and other staff friendly as too. I would only want to be sure I have Sauna to myself next time though, as I'm more comfortable that way. Thanks guys!

Really enjoyed a Lymphatic massage for the first time. Kelly was excellent.

The service and just the overall atmosphere of super young is amazing and make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Favorite is Red Light, Infrared Sauna and Cyro. Will be back regularly 😃

Amazing! I had the Berry Boost Facial and it smelt so so good! My sensitive skin didn't react at all which is exactly what I want when coming out of a facial. Staff were lovely and very accomodating:) xx
