I was gifted a session at the recovery lounge for my bday. Hubby and I absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend it to anyone else & would definitely come back. Loveeee that you get the sauna and ice bath to yourself for the time you’re there. Would’ve loved a massage too but there were no appointments available so will definitely book one next time.

I’ve been coming for years here, it’s honestly one of the best recovery places in all of Melbourne. The traditional sauna is elite sitting anywhere between 90-100 degrees and the 2 ice baths which are 1 metre away when you step out the sauna are sitting 4 to 7 degrees. It’s honestly the perfect recovery space and you walk away feeling brand new and rejuvenated. Jason and his team have done a phenomenal job in making this the ultimate place for recovery. Can’t wait to go again! Keep healthy!

Felt very sore from my cricket match and using My Recovery Lounge was a great choice for recovery. Great value for the 30 minute sauna and ice bath session !!

Both the infrared and traditional sauna facilities are absolutely amazing! The traditional is my favourite of the two I definitely recommend visiting and doing in addition with the ice bath♥️

Me and my husband (both 29) did the sauna and cold bath for two people. We had a wonderful time, the venue and private area were all clean, beautifully laid out and a very relaxing space. Can’t wait for our next appointment.

Loved this place, I did the infra red sauna and it was so relaxing, with the added benefit of being able to shower straight afterwards without leaving the room made the experience feel more personal. Highly recommend!! Jason is so welcoming & pleasant

Hieu was great, very kind and accomodating given I’m 6 months pregnant and the end result of my lashes is amazing, keen to see how it lasts and how often I need to go back but from my experience today definitely will be going back

Such a lovely experience. The most comfortable lash extensions I’ve had and the quickest brow lamination! No irritation from either one. I absolutely loved the results too ❤️

Good experience. Only minor issue was the sauna door needs to be fixed. The magnet isn’t latching and the wood needs to fit it better

The Recovery Lounge was a fantastic experience that lives up to its name. The massage, compression boots, sauna and ice bath were restorative and left me feeling relaxed. If you train hard and want an effective recovery treatment then this is the place. Highly recommend.

Super relaxing! First time jumping into the ice bath and loved the sauna afterwards. It’s a great way to recover and have your own space. The booking process was quick on the app. Highly recommended!

Great facilities overall but no sauna hats or a hair blow dryer.

What a fabulous facility which is clean with friendly and helpful staff. The only criticism is that the cold water pools next to the steam sauna are very difficult to get out of if you are under 160 cms. Additionally getting in and out is really not safe for anyone on the small and narrow steps and there should be pool rails for safety reasons.
