I’m an oily girl suffering at the moment with hormonal acne. I’ve never been to a facial where the person actually takes the time to sit and understand the conditions of your skin but also is willing to help heal everything! Definitely will recommend this service to anyone wanting to better manage their skin & leave there feeling luxurious, lighter and fresher.

First time ever receiving a facial and I’m so glad I had got to experience it with Donna as she was so friendly and easy to approach. She also made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session and had educated me on what I should/can do moving forward in terms of maintaining and looking after my skin. A heavenly experience. From the easy booking to the detailed consultation by getting an up close zoomed viewing of my hair health. Not rushed. One of the most greatest shoulder, neck and head massage. Plus the overall experience was so extra and made me feel so relaxed. This was truly such a wholistic pampering session. However, when I found out Luminous SLC offered pain-free hair removal suitable for sensitive skin, I decided to give it a go! Donna was highly experienced and constantly ensured I was comfortable.
