Where to start? Catherine is so sweet and knowledgeable. From the second I met her, she made me feel so at ease, like I've known her my own life. She explained every step of the process, and what every product targets to help the skin. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me products, just making sure I understood exactly what she was using on my face and it's benefits. I loved speaking with her throughout the process, but right from the beginning she said some people don't like talking, and just want a quiet experience. She definitely adapts her treatments to her clients. 100% recommend!
