I arrived earlier to my appointment and was welcomed by a member of staff with a smile on her face. She took care of me and made sure I get the best of the treatment. My skin is very problematic but I felt I was in good hands. We also had a nice chat and I’m coming back in a couple of weeks. The staff looks after clients properly and makes sure we leave happy. I would definitely recommend Smooth Skon Clinic and can’t wait to try other treatments. Thank you very much .

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I booked an aromatherapy massage and a facial and since entering the Spa until leaving everyone was absolutely fantastic! Great and relaxing hydra facial with Scarlett. Scarlett was super nice, customer service oriented and she made me feel relaxed explaining the treatment prior starting. The whole experience was super relaxing, I would highly recommend and will be back!

Kirri was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and felt pampered when I arrived for my facial. She is knowledgeable and talked me through the steps but made sure to end with some deep relaxation which was amazing. I highly recommend her, specially for some bespoke treatments.
