Today was my first session of laser on the legs, yes it's a bit sensitive but I'm looking forward to carrying on and seeing the results. My 3rd under arm laser I believe, since the 2nd appt barely any hair is growing back but roots can still be seen. Sooo much easier than worrying about hair pits on show. Lastly I had laser for my pigmentation,this doesnt hurt. It feels more like a warm spark, today my skin is feeling fab and I also look forward to seeing how this peels. Always happy with the service and treatments.

I had a facial and lash lift and tint today with Gina, and I couldn't be more happy with the results! It was my first time having either, Gina talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout! The whole experience was very personable; Gina is such a gorgeous person inside and out, she made me feel comfortable and safe the moment I met her! It is so obvious that this is Gina's passion, she goes above and beyond to tailor the treatments and experience to you for the best results, also giving honest and kind advice and education for self-care :) thank you!

Sarah did me a solid today. TMI incoming.. I banged my big toe and my nail mostly came off the nail bed but here i am now with a decent looking toe with a luxe pedi and polish Sarah managed to bring me back into the game ready for Ascot tomorrow! 👏🏼👏🏼

Sara was absolutely absolutely delightful -It felt like I’d known her for forever and we were old friends catching up !and as if that wasn’t enough her expert hands made me super relaxed during my pedicure !My feet feel truly pampered following the session so much so I literally snoozed off !.. I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

Another appointment with Ellen today following extension removal with Lucy yesterday. Have now been coming to Ellen for 2 years and my hair health is amazing. To think what Ellen had to battle with at the start with over-processed damaged hair. Today Ellen made a few changes and gave it a good cut. I absolutely love it and love the new length. My extensions were put back in and have given it the extra volume. I love the fact i get no damage to my natural hair and my natural hair continues to grow and thicken.

Just had a very relaxing dermaplaing facial with Becky. Skin is already feeling nice and fresh. Very happy as always. Becky is always very professional and attentive.
