Ashley was phenomenal!!!!! Very professional and calming to be around. Ive never been here before and felt like I was transported to a different place, the decor and vibe made me very relaxed and it definitely didnt feel overly commercial like a lot of spas these days. Was classy and tropical!! Definitely worth every penny and I'll be raving to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service!!!

Super professional & courtesy wonderful personality Management complaint poor rating Please fix the hot water & steam room the Spa experience was negatively impacted by having to take a freezing cold shower this was a major issue

Their expert techniques left me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The spa’s atmosphere is serene and welcoming, making the experience even better. Beautiful spa with lovely waiting room and stunning lagoon pool for lounging when finished. Rosanna was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling throughout my prenatal massage and was very gentle. The Elemis Superfood facial with Ashley was amazing too! She was very thorough and all of the products smelled amazing. I would definitely return and recommend AquaSpa to others. Amazing experience, thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Island Xmas spa experience at Reflections Spa. My treatments began with the Lomi massage and a facial expertly administered by the masseuse (unfortunately I'm bad with names and I've forgotten hers). I, however, have not forgotten her skilled hands which worked out every knot and kink, leaving me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The massage was tailored to my specific needs, with just the right amount of pressure and technique. Next I had the pedicure, which left my feet looking and feeling pampered. Rating: 5/5

Fantastic from the moment I entered the spa too leaving! The friendly welcome everything was explained to me very well so I knew what was going to happen! The atmosphere was very relaxing the treatment of hot stone massage was amazing the best I’ve had! Nakisha was lovely and very professional she catered to my needs! The only down side was when it ended I was not rushed could take my time after the treatment! Definitely would recommend Karma spa and Nakisha who made the experience so lovely!

This was my first time at Golden Aura Spa and it most certainly won't be my last! This spa was great from the minute I stepped in the door.., the atmosphere was very pleasant. I got exactly what I asked for and i was sold from there. I will definitely be back again!!!

The spa provides a complete package of services. I had a massage and a facial with Roseanna. She was awesome. I went with two friends and they said their services were awesome too. We each had our own cabin for our services and were provided with plush towels and spa robes. The spa is operated such that it feels like a retreat ... the atmosphere is very peaceful, including a beautiful pool. If I could give six stars, I would.

Nakita is an amazing therapist and we fully appreciated the effort and attention she gave. Beautiful and calm spa which was a great experience- well worth the money.

Christina is fabulous, her friendly demeanor allows me to be totally relaxed and this enhances my spa experience. my services were perfectly executed and I can't wait to return again.
