Absolute gems! Before my sugaring I was politely asked by Lauren if Faith could sit in on my sugaring appointment to train her. Lauren is very skilled at sugaring and she's always provided a safe space for me to be comfortable in so I was happy to help. Faith was enthusiastic and personable which created a welcoming and fun atmosphere for someone getting a Brazilian done. Afterwards Faith gave me a lash lift and brow wax (which looked great).My eyes were a little sentitive and irritated during the lash lift but she was quick to adjust and ease my discomfort. Greatly appreciated the experience!

We just moved to the area and I booked Elixir for a nail appointment on Oct 7th. Faith was amazing. And Alissa the owner was also amazing. Beautiful salon and spa. I would highly recommend it. Not to mention it is pretty inside, decorated in pink, and lots of pink velvet. Gorgeous!

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. The spa is simply put … beautiful! When I am there I feel very relaxed, the decor is beautiful. It is a CBT place I love to relax and be pampered in!

I had the most relaxing and wonderful experience at Elixir with Tess. I had the skin solutions facial, where Tess provided me with a skin consultation and shared some knowledge about my skin and what it needed. I have some irritation from wearing a mask, so she chose products specifically to help those issues. Tess was very clean and professional and provided me with such a luxurious facial, I could have slept. My skin feels so soft and hydrated which is exactly what it needed. Such a beautiful spa and a great experience over all. 10/10 recommend. Beautiful space and exceptional service.

It was so lovely to walk into the new spa location! Such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere! The ladies are great. I had an express mani/pedi with Lauren and I loved it, can’t wait to do the full package next time!

I absolutely love Elixir, friendly and welcoming spa. My facial was amazing and so relaxing. The products they use are lovely. Thank you for getting me an appointment so quickly, much appreciated!

So happy with my lash extensions, Hayley did an amazing job at removing and redoing another lash techs work from another business and I couldn’t be happier with them now! She listened to exactly what I wanted and I’m so happy I found her! Will be back and elixir is such a beautiful space to be in :)

This is not my first review, but after being here for almost 2 years I can say without a doubt that this is the best spa in Niagara for all your aesthetic needs and more.
