I had the best laser session with Shalini! She was so sweet and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She was super thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn’t have to ask any questions because she covered everything before I could think of it! I’m so happy with how it went and can’t wait to book with her again. Highly recommend!

ChaimsPro is super affordable and they provide amazing services. Laser used to make me feel so awkward, but Shalini is my absolute favourite, and I am so glad she’s my laser aesthetician because I always have so much fun with her, and I feel very comfortable with her and her services because she knows how to make her clients feel comfortable and ensures her clients gets the best results with their sessions. She is super friendly and honestly so nice! I’ve recommended to over 3 people now and they all go to her!

5 stars amazing experience Been coming here since they opened and the salon and space always looks so so amazing, comfortable and inviting. I went to Jewel and she gave me pedicure with french tips and she did such an amazing job.

Huyen was absolutely amazing. I did a Japanese HeadSpa & Hydrafacial Treatment together. Best facial I’ve ever had and it was my first time getting a HeadSpa… I am definitely going to be coming back here on a monthly basis. Don’t hesitate to book they are amazing, kind, detailed and make sure you’re okay throughout the entire service. Love the environment and atmosphere of this beautiful spa!!

Jewel was my aesthetician, she did my head spa. She was so amazing and attentive. Not only did she do a great job of doing the treatment, but she also gave really good massages. definitely would recommend going to Jewel for any services.

Alison was great! I got the Hydrafacial. She walked me through everything, was informative, detailed and very gentle. My skin feels clean and hydrated. Feedback for the owner: Music - pop playing in the back while getting a facial is a bit disturbing. Would be nice to have soft spa music play in the back to make it relaxing.

Loved the space, super cozy & welcoming. I had a photo facial with Ana and she was great. She walked me through the process, got into it and after we were done she explained me the to do and not to do. This facial was super quick and can’t wait to see my results .

Carmie is absolutely amazing and her services are terrific. I’ve been going to her for a year for laser and the results are better than I could ask for. I have a medium dark skin complexion and used to have really thick hair. Now the hair is gone in most areas and very sparse in other areas. My complexion also got better from the laser, and skin is so soft. I can’t recommend Chaims Pro enough!

Great service. Tech was super friendly, considerate and optimistic. However I would prefer less conversational talking. I'm an introvert (INFJ) and I like to get spa like treatments to not only refine but to also just relax.

Crissy was great! My first time at this Spa and she was so warm and welcoming. She assessed my skin giving me suggestions on services and step by step explained each part of my Hydrafacial. She not only focuses on the face but the neck as well, which many forget! I purchased their vitamin C serum for the face + their kojic acid soap for pigmentation around the body after my appointment. My skin ultimately feels cleaner, smoother, and more hydrated, with less buildup and blackheads.

Hailey was amazing and super professional. I felt comfortable as I could be and also educated about the laser process. I appreciate her checking with me and making sure I was feeling ok while having a kind, empathetic and cheerful attitude. I really appreciate her work and hope to book with her constantly for future treatments.
