The cupping and facial package is honestly amazing, worth every second, your body gets used to the cups and after a wee while, you zone out and forget the cups are on you - extra bonus the cups are in the shape of a heart ♥️ Definitely booking in again for another experience 🤍✨

Had a wonderful full body massage with Ellis. She was super friendly knowledgeable about the treatment. Treatment was really relaxing and I loved the little positivity cards we done! All the after care was explained and I loved the stretches I was given away! We had the twilight package with dinner with was lovely. Will defo be back to the spa

Ellis and the team at the Gin Spa were amazing. My mother and I both went for the “Just the Tonic” Package, and Ellis was an amazing masseuse - so firm and helpful in making sure you got what you wanted. The service overall was so special and they had little surprises along the way. Take the package for an amazing experience with the most incredible afternoon tea ever (EVEN with vegan and GF options!!) and amazing service and decor in the restaurant too. Overall 11/10 thank you all so much, we had a great time!

A fab total relaxation package. Our therapists Shannon and Rebecca were lovely and made us feel totally relaxed. Hubby had the full body massage mainly working on his back. I had the back, shoulders and neck with the reflexology. In our package was afternoon tea with prosecco and a gin at cup (Gin 71) which was great and we had to have a doggy bag ! We would recommend the gin spa.

We had the ‘Gin to your Tonic' Couples Spa Package with Prosecco Afternoon Tea’ today and it was so good. They have all COVID-19 safety measures in place which puts you instantly at ease. We were greeted by Rebecca and Shannan who were friendly & knowledgeable. We both had an amazing full body massage and left feeling relaxed. The afternoon tea followed which was very good, plenty of options (for dietary requirements) and had a lovely glass of Prosecco and a gin and tonic. Staff were so friendly and service was superb! Would highly recommend!!

Massage was fab. I never feel like I'm being rushed in the Gin Spa which is lovely. Shame about the bar being closed again. There used to be take away options but seems like that has been stopped.

It's been a few years since I've been to the Gin Spa and the changes are immense! Never in my life have I nearly been asleep and Jane managed it! So badly needed! The team went above and beyond to make up for a little something missing that was totally out with their control and it was most appreciated. I have left and forgotten to tip so will drop something in for Jane asap. Lovely bunch ❤️

My second visit to the Gin Spa was just as lovely as the 1st! Henrieta was my therapist today & I would definitely request her in the future! The afternoon tea & service were fantastic. The only little niggle was, the area we were seated in was very cold, but I’d still give the experience 5*

As soon as I walk through the doors of the Gin Spa, I feel myself instantly relax. The whole experience is a sensory delight. From the decor, the music to the scent running through the air. My therapist, Morgan was wonderful. It was my first experience of a Hot Stone massage and it has quickly taken first place as my favourite treatment. The only downside is that the treatment has to end! I am already booking my next one.

The treatment at the spa was outstanding. Lindsey was my therapist and she was brilliant. Best massage I have had in years. I feel completely relaxed which was the objective. What I would say though is that the Afternoon Tea at Cup, which was included with my package was very disappointing. Both the service and the food. The cakes were dry and inedible and the portions much smaller than I have had in the past. I wouldn’t go there for Afternoon Tea again. Such a shame because it was fantastic all the times I have been before.

Had the body massage and the awakening eye, really enjoyed both treatments and Marta was excellent. I have given 4 stars as the original package that the website let me book was only available in November and December. I was annoyed that I was only told this a couple of days before I was due to attend the Gin Spa. I’m not sure why this wasn’t highlighted earlier. I will book again because Marta was so good.

This Spa is a hidden treasure. I had gifted my mum the package for two for her birthday. We both agreed we will be back. We both got a back massage and facial. The therapist were fantastic and the meal after was delicious. Definitely a great day out.

I feel so relaxed after having a Winter Spa Package yesterday. I had two 30 minute treatments carried out by Kirsty. Started out with a foot soak followed by a mini facial which greatly helped my sinus congestion, then reflexology. The surroundings are luxurious and I especially liked the furry tub chairs! So cosy and relaxing. The staff were excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Afternoon tea afterwards in Cup was excellent and it came with a gin and tonic and glass of prosecco. I had a great night's sleep too, first in a while. I highly recommend Gin Spa.

Had a great experience a few years ago but hadn't had a chance to return until now. This time was even better. The spa area is fantastic, really cosy and relaxing. All the staff are really pleasant, helpful and efficient. The treatments themselves were amazing and an excellent choice of gins after! We booked a package with afternoon tea which was lovely and great value. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

We all had a fantastic experience at the Gin Spa. The afternoon tea was plentiful and very tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful and the decor was beautiful. I had a massage by Megan and it was amazing. The spa treatment was the best I’ve ever had. We all felt very relaxed and pampered after our treatments and felt the package was terrific value for money. Highly recommended!

Loved the concept...no bland beigeness!!! Staff both professional and friendly....nice spa packages on offer....decor was funky, fun and comfortable... A spa designed around botanicals, the commonality between gin and the treatments. Each treatment room is designed around a different Scottish gin. I opted for a spa package to include: treatment, a gin (or non-alcoholic drink) of my choice and afternoon tea in the next door cafe... I requested gluten free afternoon tea....fabulous...not as often happens dry and crumby!!!
