Just had an hour long full body massage by Hollie. Bliss. I was so relaxed I nodded off a few times. Hollie applied just the right amount of pressure to work the muscles without hurting me and the head massage was the best ever. Definitely doing that again! Thanks Hollie x

Carole helped to curate the most special time for my friend and I who had a spa day/writing retreat in her lovely oasis. She made us feel so welcomed and there were so many thoughtful touches plus the massages were exceptional!

I highly recommend Sanya Spa after the outstanding experience I had today, indeed I am immediately rebooking further treatments. I tried a delux mani/pedi combination and very much felt I had visited a day spa as opposed to a beautician (the design is both elegant and classy). The owner’s ethos is to bring a touch of glamour to New Malden but at accessible prices and this is certainly achieved. There are some incredible summer introductory offers at the moment which I suggest you take advantage of, in particular a gold facial that promises to give you a youthful glow.

I had the best head and face massage! From start to finish I was made to feel relaxed and looked after. The setting is wonderful and tranquil. I felt like o was on a spa retreat. I will definitely be going back.

Carole is a wonderful, kind person that puts you at ease the minute you walk in. The massage was very relaxing and left me feeling spaced out for the rest of the day. Will definitely be booking again.

Had my first ever appointment here with Janey for full set acrylics she was amazing! I usually go to Kingston to get my nails done but not anymore! They’ve definitely got a permanent client out of me. She was so professional the nails were done beautifully and with such care. The ambience of the spa really makes you feel relaxed In comparison to the nail bars in Kingston. She really takes her time to perfect it all. Rather then going quick to fit as many clients in as possible like the ones in Kingston. Definitely recommend it!

As always, Carole provided the peace and serenity when it was needed. Her improvised 2hr treatment yesterday using the amazing Temple Spa products was magical. My skin looks and feels amazing. Thank you 🙏🏻

Excellent service, will definitely come back again the Luxury Pamper Package that included the luxury mani & pedi, luxury facial with steam, brow shape tint and lash tint and full body massage was just WOW!! I was soo relaxed throughout. Janet took care of my nails and Smita took care of my facial, massage and brow and lash treatments. It was a bargain for £250, I saved almost £90.

Hollie is so lovely, she talked me through the whole process, answered all my queries and provided the best service. My skin feels 10/10 after the treatment and I will definitely be back!

I decided to try the Eyelash extensions today for the first time. Truly, Wow-everything! Sanya Spa itself is absolutely divine. The beauticians and owners are super kind and friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I am so happy with my eyelash extensions - I am rubbish at applying false eyelashes, but love the effect of them, so thought I'd treat myself as there is an offer running currently. My lashes are awesome, thank you. The consultation, application, experience and results were all perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at Sanya Spa today with Yvonne for a Vampire facial. The second you walk in it feels as if you are entering a high end spa. Friendly, welcoming and serene. Yvonne was so lovely, utterly professional - she explained the treatment in great detail and the facial was phenomenally relaxing the room was spotless and beyond comfortable. My skin looked amazing - I will be back to try another incredible facial and a massage. Could not recommend highly enough. Lesley.

It’s been a while since I have visited Carole- Touching Lives for a treatment but I’ve been to quite a few spa days and places where I’ve had hotel treatments over the months. None of them compare to Carole’s treatments. I used the word “magical” last night. My body literally tingled all over, where I was in a state of peace the whole time. I had reflexology followed by a face massage. From top to toe, it was blissful. It was like being on cloud nine for the evening.

What an experience. I went in for a facial and massage and came out feeling like I was glowing. Yvonne couldn't have been more friendly and calming. There was the sound of birds singing in the background and Yvonne kept me informed about everything that was going to happen. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. I would recommend a visit to Sanya SPA to anyone who wants to feel good about themselves.

Excellent service, super professional and friendly. I booked for a manicure and gel polish and was really impressed by the beautician, who removed my old poly gel nails. There was a huge choice of colours to choose from. Inside the spa itself it is gorgeous..I felt very pampered. I will be returning for sure! Thank you

Carol is an incredible therapist who puts so much of her love and dedication into your treatments. I feel so honoured to have connected with her and always leave feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. She has such special, healing hands and energy. Not to mention the incredible garden & treatment space she has built. I couldn’t recommend her more!
